We operate two dormitories in Singapore for foreign workers with a total capacity of approximately 5,700 persons as at 15 January 2010.

The Terusan Lodge I, located at 5A Jalan Papan is a design and build project launched by the Building and Construction Authority of Singapore and can house up to 5,300 work permit holders.

The Jurong Apartment, located at Block 529 Jurong Apartment, Upper Jurong Road is conveniently located near the Jurong Industrial District. It has a capacity of 432 persons and has been in operation since July 2004 as a dormitory for work permit holders (unskilled or semi-skilled foreign workers).
