ASSISTANT CONTRACTS MANAGER / SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
Ensuring all contractual matters of all projects are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe, and resolved in accordance with the requirements set by the HOD.
Ensuring all contractual requirements of all projects are fully complied with.
Reviewing, monitoring and responding to all contractual matters involving cost and time implications.
Registering and monitoring insurances, bonds and warranties for all projects and ensuring that the same are administered in accordance with the contracts provisions and timely.
Advising and working closely with the QS Manager in identifying, registering and claiming variations and other costs related claims including costings of the same.
Performing duties in such manner and within such time frame so that the company’s contractual positions and commercial interest of all projects are safeguarded.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Building and Quantity Surveying or any related discipline.
Minimum 5 years working experience.
Comprehensive contracts administration and dispute resolution knowledge and skills.
Good writing skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
